The arrangement was beautiful, but .... I placed my order on Tuesday with a very clear pick-up date of Friday. Lots of time, right? And it was an expensive order of over $200. I had to make 3 trips there before the flowers were finally ready. 12:30: "Sorry. We're working on it. Come back in 30 minutes." 2:30: "Sorry! We're working on it.
Come back in 30 minutes." 4:30 Hurray! A lovely arrangement. They were not particularly apologetic for missing their promised "ready" time - - not once, but twice. And not a free extra flower or 10% discount for the multiple snafus. Lovely flowers, but still not the best customer experience.
