I ordered a custom design because it said I could talk to the florists and tell them a little about my special person so they could create the perfect arrangement. Sounds great but though I called several times in the day I never got a call back. The flowers were very nice and my Aunt loved them but I paid extra thinking I was going to be able to get what was advertised. I spent $111.00 and never heard from anyone.
